Description
Commissioned by David R. Babich, Twisted Tango was premiered by Mr. Babich and Mr. Adler at the 36th Annual International Saxophone Symposium, sponsored by the U.S Navy. The piece juxtaposes two dance themes as the Tenor Saxophone and Piano playfully entertwine melodies and rhythms.
The download set includes the Tenor Sax part, and two versions of the piano score: one with the Tenor Sax written at pitch (transposed) and one with the Tenor Sax written in B-Flat. Purchase includes permission to print one copy of each part.
