Description
This breezy piece is a modern take on the traditional French Suite scored for flute choir. The five short movements include a Bouree, Minuet, Gavotte, Sarabande and Gigue.
The parts are designed to be played by choirs of 5 – 50 players. The basic scoring is Piccolo, 3 C Flutes, and Alto Flute, though all parts have optional divisi for performance by choirs larger than 5 members. The Gavotte movement of the Flute 3 part may optionally be played on Alto Flute.
The basic bundle includes one full score and two copies of the 5 parts. Additional copies of parts are also available for larger choirs.
